What the rarest items in the dumb?
Maybe a golden ak but that's kinda unlikely that someone would dump it as much as it costs.

The rarest item would be the elusive boxing gloves, which are a endangered species of items when it comes to being thrown away. Other then that once in a million, you won't find much other expensive item there. Only an idiot would go there looking for something of value without someone screaming on the forums or a chat that they did that...but given what you're first sentence is, you might just keep going despite this.
Players toss stuff in the dump. Duke says he does too, sometimes. People don't always announce when they toss good stuff so there is no real way of knowing what's there. Staff tosses stuff too.
I remember a few (a lot) of years ago when WickedPrincess tossed hundreds of Afro combs in there. *grins*
dumb is the right word for it.
