No. You can only get the benefit from a stock block once. If you have multiple blocks of the same type, the others won't do anything.
if you have a good friend in torn you can really trust they could hold a block benefit for you if they dont already have the same one.
This works for dividend based stocks, the energy special and happy boost wouldn't help you on a friends account.
