So I saw a bounty on whitnards[1005145] for $100,000. I attacked him and hospitalized him, but I did not get my bounty reward. What is weird is I don't see him on the bounty paper at all. He had this bounty 5 days ago, but I had the same issue then too.

If it was an icon showing he had a bounty but he didn't appear in the bounty listings then it's just a case of him needing to refresh his icons.
