call me stupid idc, i have trouble understanding what this book does. So upon completion (after 31 days) is it only after the 29 days that i get my addiction removed or is it that i don't get addicted for 29 days?

Just pop alot of drugs (xanax) for 1 whole month without going to switzerland to rehab.. After these 29 days run off you will lose a big % of your drug addiction!
