Verification

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but...

is there any way to get anything back after you submit a help ticket? No way of knowing if it even went through or whatever...not a single way to verify that they are working on it or anything...anything would be nice. I get why some things take a while to get responses, but even when I ask this question in the help chat I get no responses so...just saying...

You'll be contacted once they've seen the email, no form of "confirmation" however if you think it's important then make a bug report, they're normally dealt with quicker however if it's donation/sub related leave it to the email replies to you.
