No big deal, but just a minute ago. I got hosp for leslie playing wheel of fortune. The case is that I was notified my life drop to 1 and I didnt click on stop wheel yet!.

Your result is chosen as soon as you click stop, not a moment before or after.

Yep it's when you click start - I suspect that's what Philistine meant to say.
What happens when you click on stop is just a simulation of a "real" spin which lands on that (previously determined) result.

10 second delay from from clicking start to the result being able to be seen if memory serves
That maybe when DoctorN picks it up but there's no 10 second wait before the prize is decided.
