Defeat kontravass in no fewer than 13 turns in a single attack

He was in the hosp for 15 mins after being mugged. I revived him & beat him with the lower attack.. I did not receive mission credits or confirmation of completion. So i revived him & hot him again with the upper attack.

Looks like you only took around 2-4 turns to beat him. That's fewer than 13. No fewer than 13 means you must take 13 or more turns before winning. Use a pillow or rusty sword.
