When I attacked subzero99 [1633341] ( level 12)

With my loadout of primary: Enfield SA-80 Secondary: Qsz-92 Melee: Diamond Bladed Knife Temp: Grenade

and in Combat Helmet, Pants, Boots ,& Gloves along with an Outer Tactical Vest Level: 10

Whenever I attacked with any weapon I did no Damage even though he had no Armor on.

That means their defense is far higher than your strength (I believe 14 or 15 times more means you deal no damage).

You need to try to tactically get around this, try using a Vicodin or having someone else join the fight with you to lower the persons stats.

This isn't a bug though, system is working as intended.
