I just started making graphics with photoshop and used a few tutorials but would like feedback from some people more experienced than myself.

you could work on the overall lighting to make the entirety of the tag stick together
hmm, you started off well with the lighting and understanding the source. But everything you add extra to the tag has to follow the same lighting, not just the background and the render. For e.g the leafs are following a different source of light, hence why it seems off putting on the tag.
Telling you how i learnt lighting, i started off copying other artwork and understanding what the other artist did. As i progressed and understood i added those things to my own work. worked out pretty well and its a really good fast track method if you're teaching yourself stuff
