    If you're sure the mission says to hospitalize all four, then you can make a bug report in the Bugs & Issues forum and they can assign you a different target. I only ask because there's a mission out there …

I have a mission where its to attack and hospitalize 4 people but 1 of them is in federal jail. So its impossible to complete. What do i do?

If you're sure the mission says to hospitalize all four, then you can make a bug report in the Bugs & Issues forum and they can assign you a different target.

I only ask because there's a mission out there that says to attack the right target out of a couple names it gives you.
