I have two factor authentication enabled and already a few times i have logged in and had to go to my e-mail to put in a code to access my account.

I just checked my e-mail today about 5 minutes ago for the first time and i had an unread one from torn giving me a code to put in for the two factor authentication even though i have not logged in anytime today and been asked for a code.

Does this mean that someone else has logged into my account on a different device and been asked to put in the code or am i just worrying over nothing?

Maybe? It could be a delayed email that got stuck in the internet and was sent yesterday (which is totally possible but also unlikely).

Honestly I wouldnt worry too much but if you are still worried I would just change your password and any other passwords outside of Torn that sounds/looks similar to your current one.
