Hello,

So my problem is that I lost classes that were previously validated. The only proof I have is that I need to retake some introduction classes even though I validated classes that require it. I guess I can't do much about the other ones but it would already be nice to recover the introduction classes.

Here's an example: swimming requires the introduction class and it's validated, however the introduction class is not validated anymore.

I stopped playing for many years and started laying again about a year ago.

Some of the classes were from the old system and stayed finished when we transitioned to the new system.
I have the same thing because I did all these educations in the old system.

It's not really a bug, if anything it's a nice bonus that you don't have to do them twice.

So, when the system changed everyone had to retake the classes? or are they new classes that were added with the new system?

I don't follow, how is it a bonus?

Thank you for your answer, I couldn't find anything on the transition between old and new system but I'll keep looking.

They're just the exact same courses from the old system. When we transitioned over, you kept that progress.
So instead of it all being wiped and having to do them over, you carried over that progress.

I guess I meant bonus in that it isn't a negative. You don't have to take the same courses that you did before again.

I see, then if I only lost introduction classes it's not much. I thought I had completed more classes.

I've checked the logs that go all the way back to August 2013, you've never done "Introduction to Health and Fitness". On this account anyway.
