My mod inventory has disappeared. I previously had several that I purchased with mission points but I re-equipped my weapons and could not find them again to re-equip weapon mods.

Noticed the same thing today. It's not that the Mods have disappeared, it's that they're not showing on the Mod Inventory page, They're still there and selectable on the Items page

Edit: confirmed on laptop and mobile, other members of faction too.
You have all 5 upgrades atm - https://gyazo.com/308f44fc3126d92fed23152acc237e44, looks like it's a client problem, what browser/OS/device you use?
Screenshot was made in Firefox, but I also tested in Chrome and IE with the same result.
I tried Google Chrome and Firefox (with cleared cookies and cache) on my laptop and Safari on my phone. Blank mods page everywhere.
