Ehh as a midnight snack is very nutritious if you throw some greens in it, much better. You have a good rounded variety of nutrients and the best part; no fat retention :D

Me I switch to bread slices with jam or just plain with tea.

4 days or less a month I might enjoy biscuits.



Not if am really really really hungry, I go for a bowl of boiled noodle with pepper, olive oil and soy sauce.

Maybe not necesarily midnight, but night-snacks for me are either sandwiches (which are made up of whatever is available) or some cookies/cakes/pastries/etc. (if there's any left, I make my own so they get eaten pretty fast usually)



...I gave a really general answer it seems. alright, favourite favourite would be cottage-cheese doughnuts
