It takes 1-3% of what's in a target company's bank, if successful.
If the director has SYS stock benefit then you get nothing and it still uses the job points.
Because of what bogie said, you'll find most company Directors either keep very little in their company bank, or have the SysCore stock benefit to protect their company vault.
