1. There was this app that used API called Torn Tools can someone link that please.
2. Something to record faction nerve so i do OC according to NNB.

Probably best to post in API development.
As far as I can find torn tools isn't supported anymore and the download page for it isn't found. Mcneo was the Creator of it and he seems inactive now.
As for NNB torn stats have a way you can view everyone's NNB and it should automatically update if they have their API linked.
Go to factions > view members> view crime details
