We are expanding our mentoring program in the hope of discovering new players who will learn and grow with us from a new player into a very good player. We are a relatively small faction with experienced players and we mostly all know each other which we see as a positive and not a negative.
I joined a faction when I was young, learned, trained hard in peacetime and fought hard in wartime. I was loyal, active and had a team orientated positive attitude and these qualities are what we are looking for.
To be considered, you must be at least 50 days old, with donator or subscriber status - this shows us you are committed. Ideally you will be level 15 or higher, so that you can travel to avoid too much hospital time and you will be living in a PI. A PI with an airstrip is almost essential if you are at level 15 or higher so that your journey times are reasonable. New players who are power training with dvds and ecstasy are especially welcome to join us!
The mentoring isn't full on, it's just help and advice when needed and the idea is that you train all of the time, even during war although you are of course free to join in and fight if you wish to do so. You will be required to post your weekly total stats in our forum so that we can monitor your growth. Once your stats reach a total of one million, you do not have to post any longer and you will be expected to join in fighting - which we view as team building fun and not a chore. :)
The only other things that are required of you are:
Please don't beg for items or loans. We are a generous bunch and we like to help but we do so without pressure and without being asked.
Please do not scam us or other players. Your ratio of friends to enemies will be taken into consideration when applying and if you have many enemies you will probably be rejected.

Faction specials which we are working hard to improve:
Carry an extra 7 items. A player living on a PI with an airstrip will be able to carry 26 items with us. We aim to eventually max this amount to 29.
Addiction reduction. This is great for druggies, old and new alike and helps to keep rehab bills down.
Gym gains. This helps everyone.
Overdose reduction. Nobody likes to overdose so this slightly reduces the chances.
