I added 101 points to the market but the listing didn't show up. The points in market icon is still here and it is still going on its already a day since this bug occured. The points are not yet sold.

When you add points for sale it says:
This listing may disappear and reappear as people browse it.

Mentions: Selling points does not generate event
The points will have already sold if you listed them over 24-hours-ago (has been fixed since), there was a bug with events not being generated on SALE.
You can refresh your icons in Icon settings > Refresh icons
Or You added 50 of your points to the market for $52,580 each ($2,629,000 total).
