Steps to reproduce issue:
1.) List points (either multiple sets, or a single set)
2.) When points sell, you will be left with the points icon, until you either list and remove an additional set of points from the market, or reload icons via settings.
3.) When you list and sell more points, the same Glitch/Bug will reappear.
Additional information:
The icon seems to follow whichever amount of points sold last chronologically, so if you sold a set of 100, a set of 50, and a set of 25, you'd be left with an icon which would say you had 25 points for sale, if the 100 and 50 sets were sold first. If you sold 50 points and 25 points, leaving the 100 points to be sold last, it would say that you had 100 points for sale, even after all points had been sold.
This was tested on Google Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
