In the new recent attacks log thing, when a stealth attack comes in then the attacker is shown for a couple seconds. It then swaps to "Someone" in the log.

Here's the very short window where it shows:

and here it is a couple seconds later:

It's a decently sized window where, if you're paying attention, you can see the stealth attacker.

Note: FIN is in my faction, but was not when we tested it.

I just saw this happen unfortunately couldn't get a screenshot. It said cloudjumper lost then it went stealthed and said someone mugged me.

Well we also show live incoming / outgoing attacks - I'm sure you've noticed this?

So it shows attacks that are currently happening that haven't completed yet (I.e. Unstealthed). I'm not sure how to resolve this. It allows faction members to jump in to attacks to help out.

We can hide all incoming attacks until they are completed, although we lose that mechanic.

Could you just show 'XXX is under attack, help defend them'?

Then the defend link would re-direct to attack the attacker, so you have to spend e to reveal stealth?

it does make sense... it's just a bit more "handy" and easier than before... before , when someone was getting attacked could call it in faction chat. Then, a fellow faction member would jump on the defender to see who was making the attack. Then open up a new attack page against the actual attacker..

While the incoming attack feature is.. incredibly cool and useful. It's not something we've had before. So I'd be okay with losing incoming altogether, honestly. Otherwise if someone is watching the recent attacks list, stealth serves no purpose.

Can we not just have it where it'll always say "Someone" for incoming attackers and not lose the live feed feature?
It can then reveal the attacker if the attack didn't successfully stealth. That way we can still see our faction member is being attacked, and join the attack to see who it was, like before.

Stealth will be a thing of the past with scripts.

I like L4's idea, I think he's on to something. Sorta have a "join" attack without knowing the attacker.
