energy refills missing

since the UI update i am missing the energy/nerve refill button.
i had around 120 left i believe.
i don't know what the reason is i had them, but i guessed that had something to do with some game changes in the past to compensate old players for some changes?

anyway, the button is gone now.
is that by design, or did something go wrong?

They are not lost; it was explained in the Announcement that they may be being relocated to the points building. You may be without them for sometime, unfortunately.
