Im having some trouble in torn because my company owner has been sending out vouchers but i havent been receiving them but it has come up on my events that i have received it. I wonder if anyone else has this problem

I send one to him, he see his events but cant find the item. You sent a Lottery Voucher to Dale2003.
The voucher was sended this day 2017/11/10 around 7:20:00 PM.

Have you sorted your items and done a search for lottery vouchers?
i asked him to do that, but im not sure if he do it. probably doesnt know how to do it.
You can sort items by Supply Packs, and Lottery Vouchers will show up there.
Yeah i did but it wasnt there. This is my trouble. But macizo sent me stuff today and i had it I dont know what went wrong
Perhaps Chedburn can take a deeper look at the account, but I can't say much else regarding that.
