Why would that not be legal? You can pay people to place bounties on people so this is no different. As long as you are paying them with something in-game and not paying them with IRL money, then anything goes.

With scamming being legal anything nerdy less bad than that is obviously going to be legal as well.
Things do change though so keep a eye on it. When i started playing the game scamming and slutting where both illegal and feddable cheating offences.
