I was just wondering, what happens to someone inactive properties, say that person hasn't been on in over a year, can their spouse claim ownership of their properties? Or something like that?
Pointless paying their upkeep when you can't do anything to their property except live in it and pay upkeep, but make no modifications or hire/fire staff?
