In the transition from the classic refills we had to the new special refills I lost many of my refills.

the problem is i cant remember the precise value but they were definitely more than the 139 refills that i got.

noting that during the transition, i lost all the refills for a couple of days, then I got only some of them back.

can this be fixed please

I am not sure if a claim like this can be checked, will pass to Chedburn to see if it is doable.

I can see you using about 60 special refills on energy on the 18th November.

Now you have 80, so that sounds about right to me.

But i had more than the 140 that i got lately.. i know i have a lot i was away for too long from torn before i returned... i really had high hopes and plans for my rfills and now they just disapeared... this isnt fair
