I hope this is the right spot to put this issue I have. It's not a rush for it to be resolved I just want to know what happened to my company is all. I quit three years ago and came back. I didn't get an event saying my sports team was bankrupt or anything. And I found out that Sports teams are no longer. I recovered my account last week and I am trying to go about this the right way. If it went bankrupt so be it. I am start from scratch anyways on this account. I thought I might have had cash in there too keep it afloat but I am not positive. Only reason I ask is that I seen another player on here in a fireworks stand and they are still director of the company and haven't been on in 400 days. Like I said no rush just curious what had happened to my company is all.

Sports companies turned into fitness clubs.
I believe they can get deleted if they go to 0 stars with no activity, will see if Chedburn has a log for yours.
Okay thank you for looking into it. It might have gotten deleted then. But I just wanted to see like I said what happened too it.
Unfortunately I can't find any logs that go that far back. Such log systems have been added since this company was (probably) deleted.
Companies are only deleted if they enter substantial bankruptcy I believe, so there wouldn't have been any money in there anyway.
One point of concern though, is does the check for companies to be deleted consider what the sale value would be prior to deleting the company? Remember, you've got it set so companies that are profitable slowly rise up in sale values so a static value of say 100 million is an insult for a company that could have been sold for 500 million +. In that exact case, I'd propose the company get's deleted, the owner gets a cashier's check that is good till they log in next for 400 million, rather than allowing the company to get further in debt and potentially completing ruining a returning players wealth that they had invested into a company.
Exact figures don't really matter, but the general concept I believe would be more fair than what happened here. It'd be better to loose a % of the company value , than loose the entire stake of the company even if that means the deletion check has a lower threshold for cheaper companies.
