Since I started keeping track of my Rehab Costs, I've also been keeping track of my Overdoses. Since November 5th, 2017 I have had 7 overdoses on Xanax. My faction also has had -30% OD Chance since before I started keeping track ( I believe).

Total Drugs used:
113 Xanax
9 Ketamine
So my question(s) are am I just going through a string of bad luck with all of these overdoses or is there some underlying issue? Does -30% chance of OD apply to each member specifically or is it -30% spread across all members meaning when the faction is full it is actually a -3% chance?
