how do you get a drivers liscense to drive a car
Education (either through the sidebar on the left or the city) = > General Studies Module
You'll have to do the Introduction Course first, after which you will be able to get your drivers license.
However: Driving in Torn is only relevant for a few crimes, all of which are not too relevant to you just yet
So you really shouldn't be in too much of a rush to get the license...
There is a Racing License used for racing cars on the race track which can be bought from the Points Building.
Many players get confused between racing and drivers licence, and both are for different aspects of the game, so be sure you know which it is you need before going to get one. :)
This helped alot. Thanks.
