How old is your phone?
Older phones are no longer being supported as much, because they cannot support the new features being implemented into the game.
Ok, let me get up. I will try to reproduce the error on my laptop. I will be back in 10-ish mins.
Well, it will have to wait a bit since I have no energy atm >.
Old phones and pcs with IE are both confirmed to have this issue and developers have already been on record before as giving little priority to patching the game for either of these because they cannot support the game the way it is meant to be played now.
When your phone is too old to support a 'text based game'...

And yes, on pc, everything works.
I also get an error message like this
["No ammo","No clips"].includes is not a function

No, this is not the issue anymore. And the phone is 2.5 years old.
