dunno where to post or request but would like to change my name to one already taken by a lvl 6 Roma [1999223] I saw somewhere the cutoff for taking an inactive players name is lvl 5 but Hes in federal jail - account marked for deletion. Surely that's enough to make an exeption especially if the cutoff for taking an inactive name is lvl 5 cause he's only 1 lvl abouve and marked for deletion.. thanks!
