Cheese is nutritious food made mostly from the milk of cows but also other mammals, including sheep, goats, buffalo, reindeer, camels and yaks. Around 4000 years ago people have started to breed animals and process their milk. That's when the cheese was born.

While I think your date is wildly out - it's an excellent subject.
Our local delicatessen has recently introduced Sriracha, a Cheddar with Rooster sauce, absolutely delicious, esp on top of a digestive biscuit.
My favorite cheese is Swiss. On a sandwich, on a piece of apple pie or just to nibble on. mmmmmm....Swiss!
(I even eat the holes!)
The more holes, the more expensive the Swiss?
Dont forget the cheese made from Donkey's, alpacas and llamas, Reindeir and even Human milk :-)...
Human cheese? That's disgusting.
