The same way you got to level to 1 to 2. Attacking people that have a higher level than you yet lower stats and leaving them in the street is the best way to earn experience.

The same way you got to level to 1 to 2. Attacking people that have a higher level than you yet lower stats and leaving them in the street is the best way to earn experience.
If you click the "home" button, it will display a message at the top if you have reached the requirement to level up with a clicky to take you to the screen.
If not, keep attacking and leaving and doing crimes.
This player will give you the most xp for levelling up: Jugs [1448156]
You gotta be fast and be ready when she gets out of hosp though, as a lot of peeps use this target to gain levels.
That player has no weapons equipped and has just about zero stats ~ I have even seen 0 day old players leaving her in the street.
Other than attacking and leaving higher lvl players, just about everything in Torn gives some xp, so the more active you are, the more xp you will get.
