I was jailed for the first time in a couple months. During my stay of several seconds I saw that there is a jail chat, but didn't open it fast enough.
Is anybody in jail long enough to actually use jail chat?

Depends on the day for how busy it is, really. Before when busting was difficult/people had long stays in jail it might have been a fun extra channel. Overall? Meh.
If you're looking for chat, IRC/Discord is probably the place to be :)
Probably not, the only chat I find worth reading is faction and maybe trade.
Jail chats just filled with people charging to bust and rando trade invites, like above if your curious about chat chat check out the irc/discord threads! :)
