What does torn lite mean?
There is a version of Torn that runs on Facebook, often called Torn Lite. It's a very stripped down, boring version of Torn. It was probably designed as a way to bring people to the real version here.
It's pretty much pointless to play, never gets updated, etc.
But you do get a merit point and 15 days of donator status here in the real Torn by reaching level 5 in the facebook version. In the past, it also gave a goodie bag, but that has been taken away.
You can find it by going to Facebook and typing "Torn City" in the search bar.
It's like bud lite, tastes like piss and makes you never want to come back again.. stay here if you want the real experience
It's gone now. Went down during the DDOS, and they decided it wasn't worth the effort to resurrect.
