cannot login via citywatch. have reset password to login by website which is fine. using edge.

tried closing and restarting citywatch and rebooting system. turning off firewall anti virus etc cant seem to get it working.

do you have the latest updates for it active?

have you tried uninstalling and then re-installing?

thought that would come with the uninstall reinstall..

how would I go about updates.. ?

Same thing for me . Reinstall can't solve the problem. Java don't even release new update.
I am thinking about it can be related with Patch list #30.

having the same issue here, tried uninstalling and reinstalled still same, running the newest version 2.06. This started no more than maybe an hour ago for me, sorry can't be of more help than that. Had been working fine up to that point
