When i try to lease out a property it wont let me lease for free anymore? it just keeps loading until i put a dollar amount in, i rent my PI's to faction mates so i take cash or DP's as payment as for some its easier to get dps than cash... can some1 check if this is a actual bug or a game change?

Yes. It now only accepts $1 or more, as 0 input should never have been possible. This was changed a month ago from a previous bug report.
It's noted in Patch list #27.
