Well, they probably broke the rules and may have gotten themselves banned..
That they're permanently in federal jail(banned from the game) for reasons in the staff notes.
Either they are a cheater a quitter or a player who wanted to restart a new account.

Yes we cant see why players got banned only staff can.
I remember a lot of years being able to see more details. More reasons for feddings where shown as well as reasons for mail and forum bans.
Regular players usually aren't told the reasons for a ban, but we all like to speculate. Generally 'account marked for deletion' is a permanent ban or a player wanting their account closed for whatever reason. Staff see notes implies there's more reasons behind it, but those reasons are usually going to be for staff eyes only.
It's a conspiracy dude...
Oh yeah if you see account marked for deletion, they never get deleted, should rename that status to permanently banned or permanently jailed.

Quite often a Staff See Notes would mean that the review process is still going on or it may just be for the reason outlined above.
Where it is not a permanent Fedding, Staff See Notes is more commonly used for multiple types of naughtiness all being dealt with at the same time.
Probably means their friends will cry, refuse to buy donator packs and cancel their subscriptions until they are released.
If he is a friend of yours it pays to protest and start shit posting in the forums until they are released. Of course this dont always work

"permanently" means a couple of hours to a few days nowadays.... or until enough people whine and threaten to cancel their subscriptions [:sick:]

Perm banned for reasons that may need to be explained for other staff members reviewing their cases, so they have a little description as to why they're in fed in a magical goblin powered place that mere mortals can not venture too known as the staff panel.
