Why not just give it to a fac mate?
When you go to the properties page, you should see 5 buttons under the property you want to sell. 1 of the buttons should say, "Sell the Property". Then simply choose the selling price and wait till someone takes it. Also, you need to move out of the property before you can sell it.
Edit: When selling, you have a choice to sell it directly to the Estate Agents or put it up on the market.
