I think a cool idea would be to introduce a new "4th" wheel. This wheel would cost either $10 million per spin, or, maybe even $100 million. The prizes would be highly special, such as, for a property a special one similar to the "Queen Elanor" or the "Draakar Seafort." A limitation to this new wheel though would be it would only be available once a week, such as a Sunday so not everyday. Let me know what you guys think of this idea or maybe even what certain prizes could be. Thanks!

You have no explanation.
Why should there be another one?
3 seems plenty to me
I'm not opposed but "it would be cool if" suggestions are never gonna be very high on the developers already jam packed to-do list. You would have to go into a lot more depth before a suggestion like this would be considered.
I'm trying to say the reasoning to add a "4th" wheel is to add more of a risk but yet an even higher reward, with the only limitation being you can't do it everyday.
Well if you looked at the other casino games, you'll notice that all of the PvE games have a maximum bet limit.
I assume that there is a maximum bet to prevent the richest torn player to gamble all of it at once, get lucky and earn like a trillion dollars, and completely break the economy.
So what you are suggesting is not in Torn's interest to make.
