When I pay my property upkeep its 352000
and i paid the exact amount . This has happened 2 days now. It makes me need to pay 500 dollars more.

Your staff cost is $252,500, and your upkeep is $100,000. That's a total of $352,500. So, it all looks correct to me?
Maybe a minor change on one of the staff costs just bumps it up $500?
Only explaination I can offer here.
