On Valentines Day it gave a passive buff to Dex and Speed, and reduced the cost of attacks to 10 energy. Now it's not Valentines Day, you can't use it.

They were asking about the making of love juice, not lust juice or lonely juice. Those two juices will be making their debut later in the year. I think Lust Juice is debuting on National Grab Some Nuts Day (It was going to be distributed on National Booty Call Day but there is no such day listed.) Lonely Juice should be made available for use on Embrace your Geekness Day.

It tells you you have to try again on Valentine's Day.
