That's inaccurate information.

No, it is impossible to attack inactive abroad unless its for a mission
You mean other than flying out and attack them there? Nope, I dont think so. You have to fly there, do your hits and return or stay for more hits.
Even including flying out there. You cannot attack inactives overseas unless it is for a mission. They aren't listed on the list of players in that location, and trying to manipulate the URL doesn't help.
Once you're inactive for more than 24h you are no longer listed under players, and can't be attacked abroad.
The only way to hit inactives abroad right now is if the target was assigned to you via a mission.
If you have their page link you attack any player that's in the same country nonmatter how long they've been inactive, unless fedded.
This sucks [] . We should be able to attack inactives.
Was just about to ask if this was possible. I assume it is since you mentioned it?
That's inaccurate information.
if they went inactive for more than 24hrs thats not possible...go try it
That wasn't, accurate....
Hmm, must have changed it at some point then.
a few years ago i think ...
I don't do a lot of searching for inactives to hit. My bad, thought it was still possible considering mission mechanics.
