Say if you was to quit for a while would you still be awarded the free perks from full blocks?

As far as I'm aware you don't need to be active yo receive payouts. Some blocks wouldn't be that useful such as McSmoogles, but any that payout items would be good to hold onto if you plan to go inactive.

There is no inactivity penalty or expiration date for stock benefits. Blocks that give you items like TCHS or PRN will continue to pay out indefinitely regardless of your last login.
