Critical hits

Hey all,

I have a mission where I need to acheive 3 critical hits. I've beaten some opponents with only one hit, and others where I've taken out a large percentage of their life bar, but for some reason none of those count as critical. Can someone please explain what constitutes a critical hit? Is it force, life loss, location, percentage? Thank you in advance to anyone who can answer this for me

Location. You need to hit people in places such as the head, the throat, the groin, etc.

You'll notice that compared to your normal amount of damage to a target, crits will often do much more.

Of course, you can't actually control where you're hitting, it's only about a 5% chance of critting without mods/merits.

Try using a high accuracy weapon with low damage. The expensive version would be a Pillow, the cheaper version is a Knuckle Brass.

use your fists, or a low damage weapon to increase the number of hits it takes to beat an opponent. More hits = more chance at a critical hit landing

You can also use merits to increase your critical hit chance
