i am afraid we are going to need more info then that. what time did you find the egg, where did you find it, what egg was it?
about 3-4 torn time probably was orange egg
I believe the egg was orange (not sure of the color. It was around 3-4 PM Torn time. I was mobile on samsung browser and found it on the home page or probably travelling page
not sure if anything can be done, but lets see what ched says.
Maybe Viktor can check the logs, I don't think anything can be done in this instance however.
I see only 1 egg on gym page generated for you near 6pm TORN time
