So i got another book recently

"Effect: Increases all EXP gain by 25% for 31 days"



does anyone know what it means by all EXP?

I assume it is level experience, but does that cover crime experience too?

there is a specific crime experience book which got me confused as to what this book does.

You can level hold and still use the book. It will just store up the exp in the background while you super secretly level hold at 69...
