Cesium 137 is an expensive item that is used for making a dirty bomb. Making a dirty bomb requires 100 Cesium. Cesium can be obtained through subscriber rewards, referred player reaching level 10 etc.
Cesium is an essential ingredient in making a dirty bomb. This is something only factions can do. They also need a laboratory. It's an extremely expensive endeavour, so kind of rare, but always fun to see happening. A Dirty Bomb (aka: DB) is used against anotherfaction, putting all members in the hospital, and takign some respect.
Cesium is also a great asset for newbies, as they can sell them to the highest bidder. So if you found one: congrats!
Sadly, DB has been deactivated while changes are made to factions. This may have a negative effect on the market value. My advice would be to look at the value of Cesium in the past (use the "long term" graph) and to sell at the price from a while ago. If people won't bid this, just keep the item for now until the price picks up.
It might be a good time to collect them, as the price might go up once DB's are enabled again, depending on how useful they turn out to be.
