Does anyone know the maximum possible passive stat gain for each stats are and how you get it.
i recently saw someone with a +94% on strength
Its well over 100%. There is a faction upgrade which gives a passive boost to your stats. There is merit spending as well.
Im at +93% in strength when fully rehabbed and i only have a couple of the strength upgrades from the faction special and i havent upgraded strength to 10/10 with merits.
There are job specials and drug usage to consider as well dont forget.
There are books which only last a month which give +100%. I had +190% on my defence once when i used that book.

Passive stat gains?
You just mean passive stats right?
If so that'll be:
dexterity at 19(education)+25(company)+25(vicodin)+30(merits)+20(faction) = 119%
defense at 11(education)+25(company) +50(ketamine/LSD)+30(merits)+20(faction)= 136%
speed at 13(education)+50(love juice)+30(merits)+20(faction) = 113%
strength at 5(education+25(company)+30(LSD)+30(merits)+20(faction) = 110%
I think that'll be it, unless I've missed something.
(There's no companies that increase speed passively, aside from on which requires you to wear no armour, which is not beneficial, unless you have a massive defense to not require armour.)
