I currently have the Combat Helmet and I'm considering upgrading to the Motorcycle Helmet..

Question:

Other than the base rating (which is 54-66 for CH and 55-66 for the MH) and the Pepper Spray/Tear Gas immunity for the MH, are there any other parameters that can be taken in to consideration to justify the price jump?

In other words, is it worth it at all in any way?

Where are you getting that base rating from?

MH will protect from shots to the head and face while the CH won't.

However the CH will protect more from shots to the head.

That is slightly out of date. Easier to check the item market for the values now.
