Chatbox name changing

As I'm chatting with Deadlock [733138], 2 chats with my name popped up for him. If he speaks in them they both pop up for me as well, and we can have separate conversations in both boxes - In one of them it's saying Deadlock at the top, in the other one it says Rorschach, which is his old name (he changed it like 6 months ago)

If I go through Rorschach [1674278]'s profile (who currently holds that name) it actually opens up the 'Rorschach' box including the chat history I had with Deadlock... 

I had this same problem with someone last week -- it's a little surreal.
